Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
  • Operate all Cash disbursements.
  • Maintain Lusaka and Kapiri Petty cash worksheet and Physical File.
  • Ensure Collection of receipts.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations -All Cash, travel GL’s and MTN accounts.
  • Ensure expense claims are processed in line with set procedures.
  • Prepare month end reports for all Cash and travel GL accounts.
  • RIT Clearance processing for ALZ and ALM.
  • Assist with providing support to Audit samples -yearly.
  • Preparing and uploading of Journal vouchers on SAP.
  • Prepare employee deductions for unretired travel expenses.
  • Assist with processing of IA Change of collection points.
  • Processing of all in-country order requests and assist with cost control orders during South African Holidays.
Education , Skills and Qualifications :
  • Bachelors Degree/ ACCA 2/ CIMA 2 ( added advantage if a member of ZICA)
  • 1-3 years work experience.
  • Is passionate about the potential of e-commerce and delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Is entrepreneurial and thrives under change.
  • Is smart, has integrity and not afraid of hard work.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills and needs to be meticulous.
