Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas

  • Facilitate the clearance of goods through customs at Kapiri.
  • Prepare and submit customs documentations.
  • Ensure compliance with ZRA regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Liaise with customs officials and transporters to expedite clearance processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documents.
  • Resolve issues or delays in customs processes promptly.
  • Monitor and report on cargo movement.
Education, Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of Diploma in Logistics or Clearing and Forwarding.
  • Self-motivation, Attention to Detail & Deadline-Oriented.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Good communication and administration skills.
  • Very effective organizational skills
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong negotiation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
