Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas
- Facilitate the clearance of goods through customs at Kapiri.
- Prepare and submit customs documentations.
- Ensure compliance with ZRA regulations and other legal requirements.
- Liaise with customs officials and transporters to expedite clearance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documents.
- Resolve issues or delays in customs processes promptly.
- Monitor and report on cargo movement.
- A minimum of Diploma in Logistics or Clearing and Forwarding.
- Self-motivation, Attention to Detail & Deadline-Oriented.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Package.
- Good communication and administration skills.
- Very effective organizational skills
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
